Via View's adviser facilitated platform, the adviser facilitates all aspects of the process, including:
- fully complete and submit all instructions;
- conduct preliminary discussions with client in relation to the key aspects of estate planning;
- locate and submit to View Legal all requested documentation;
- generally attend the web-based meetings, at least to make introductions or chair the meeting; and
- signing and witnessing of the documents.
The View platform more broadly is built leveraging the lessons learnt advising high net wealth and ultra high net wealth customers.
Since founding View we have acted for between 5-7% of the wealthiest 200 Australians each and every year.
We use View’s technology platform and infrastructure to then democratise the complex strategies we develop for the ‘rich list’ customers and create access to similar solutions for a much wider cross section of the Australian community.
This said, our technology driven solutions are predicated on the trusted adviser proactively facilitating the process, if access to the wholesale pricing structure is desired.
If there is preference more lawyer support when facilitating in certain situations, View can certainly assist and do so on an agreed scope of work and up front service guaranteed fixed pricing.
Similarly, View can assist in situations where the adviser chooses not to facilitate the process or would prefer to simply refer a customer to View, see the FAQ: Does View provide estate planning solutions for situations that are too complex for the adviser facilitated platform?
