We do not recommend pre-filling the names of witnesses in the estate planning documents as this creates a risk of amendments needing to be made whereby the witness or witnesses are unavailable and more generally could delay the signing process.
Please arrange for each document to be signed as set out in the Signing Instructions as soon as possible. Failure to do so may mean the objectives are not achieved and significant costs will be unnecessarily incurred if someone [#option if sending will] dies or [#end option if sending will] [#option if sending EPA] becomes incapacitated [#end option if sending EPA] without having signed.
An alternative approach we have seen implemented by some advisers is the use of self-inking stamps. These stamps can set out your full name, address, occupation and any qualifications. This can avoid the need for handwriting these details on the documents.
Below is a potential provider of these stamps, bearing in mind that there are numerous other providers available.

There is no requirement for the size of the stamps. Likely the providers will ask you some questions to ensure that the stamp fits your needs, including ink colour, typeface and point size.
