While you are the adviser, the customer is the owner of the document and must be the one to request release. This request should be made through you as the facilitator of the estate planning process. Any questions from the customer should be raised with you as their adviser and not with View directly. Further, in accordance with current legislation, View must follow the Identification requirements and receive a signed Authority to Release from the customer or requesting party (i.e. executor or attorney) to enable release of the document/s.
